The Dubai Princess Tower is a residential skyscraper in Dubai.
This supertall will be finished in november 2010 last week and it will rise to 414 m (1,358 ft) and have 101 floors.The building was originally proposed at only 90 floors. When complete, Princess Tower will be the world’s tallest all-residential building, taking the title from the Q1 in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, however the title will be taken over by Pentominium  in 2013. When completed Princess tower will become second tallest building in Dubai behind Burj Khalifa.

When finished, the Princess Tower will include the most expensive apartments in the world, the best of which may cost US$85,000,000. The ground floor “Entrance Hall” of the building will be gilded with white gold and supplemented with diamonds, opals, rubies, sapphires and crystals

As of 29 November 2010, 101 stories of Princess Tower have been completed, while the topping out is expected when the crown and spire will be completed.
