The substance of these instructions has been embodied in this information sheet for general information and guidance.<\/p>\n<h2>The National Anthem &#8211; Full &amp; Short Versions<\/h2>\n<p>The composition consisting of the words and music of the first stanza of the late poet Rabindra Nath Tagore&#8217;s song known as &#8220;<strong>Jana Gana Mana<\/strong>&#8221; is the National Anthem of India.
